Local residents and customers wishing to pick-up their order at our farm at 161 Pockwock Rd
in Hammonds Plains may do so and avoid shipping charges.

We will reserve plants as per the above information. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation to hold your order.
Plants must be picked up on date stated on confirmation.

IMPORTANT: We will hold bare-root plants up until May 1st only. Plants not picked-up before this time have to be potted up for
their survival and we will have to charge accordingly. Please notify us should you anticipate a change in pick-up times.

We guarantee the plants to be true to name and healthy when boxed. If damaged during shipment, please notify us ASAP and
we will make every effort to correct the problem. We need to know how the carrier we've chosen has served both you and us!

Our plants vary in size and nature and will be stated on the availability pages.  Most are own root with a few varieties bud
grafted onto rosa multiflora rootstock( the hardiest rootstock that does not sucker readily). They are number one plants unless
otherwise stated. If you wish to know more about own root & bud grafted plants
read this article.
Please note: own root roses are much smaller than bud grafted with a very much smaller root system. Every plant will vary due
to it's nature. Roses that grow only 2'-3' and own root will be small plants but should have multi-branching.

Once the order is in transit we can not be held responsible for plant deterioration due to delays in transit nor delays because of
the customs officials holding it up for whatever reason. Therefore, our U.S. customers  must realize this before ordering.

SHIPPING: We ship Expedited parcel within Canada. U.S. orders are shipped via Canada Post -Express Air mail.(3 days
after customs clearance).  We feel that due to delays with customs and homeland security inspections this method is the best.
We
will do as you wish should you want your plants shipped another way. Please contact us so we may give you a shipping
quote.

Due to perishability of bare rooted roses & perennials; our guarantee on these is only to the extent that they are healthy and
true-to-name at the time of shipment. Potted roses purchased at the farm have a 90 day replacement guarantee.

IMPORTANT: It is imperative that you notify us immediately should you have any concerns about your order such as damage or
poor health of plants. We will do our best to help you but it has to be done immediately after receiving your order.

Limitations & Substitutions: We make every effort to provide you with good varieties of roses and to ensure the quantity and
availability. However, natural adverse conditions and other constraints do occur. In the event of shortage we may substitute the
variety you ordered with a very similiar one,
UNLESS you tell us not to on the order form.
